[origin: WO9115273A1] A cross-country ski binding to lock a boot (11) on a cross-country or touring ski (12) permitting the boot (11) to pivot in relation to an axis (13) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the ski, in which the front end (14) of the boot (11) is fitted with articulations complementary to those of the binding (10) and with a flexor (15) acting between the front end (14) of the boot and the binding (10) or ski (12) which exerts a return force on the boot (11) when its heel is lifted off the upper surface of the ski (12). The flexor (15) comprises at least two components (16, 17), where one of them (17) consists of soft elastic material and the other (16) is hard elastic.

Une fixation pour skis de fond permet de verrouiller une chaussure (11) sur un ski (12) de fond ou de randonnée, la chaussure (11) pouvant pivoter par rapport à un axe (13) perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal du ski. La chaussure (11) est pourvue à son extrémité antérieure (14) d'articulations complémentaires aux articulations de la fixation (10) et d'un fléchisseur (15) qui agit entre l'extrémité antérieure (14) de la chaussure et la fixation (10) ou le ski (12), exerçant une force de rappel sur la chaussure (11) lorsque l'on soulève le talon sur la face supérieure du ski (12). Le fléchisseur (15) comprend au moins deux éléments fléchisseurs (16, 17), dont un (17) est composé d'un matériau élastique souple alors que l'autre (16) est composé d'un matériau élastique dur.
