In the relay, a spring support (12) and a mating contact element (11) are inserted into slots in a base body (1) from two opposite sides and are guided by connecting rails (11a, 12a) parallel along the outer walls to an end side. At the end side, the connecting elements are bent away inside pockets (22) of the housing cap (18) and emerge in the form of end sections having solder and plug connections (20, 21) at a predetermined insulating separation out of the outer walls of the relay. Inside the pockets (22), the connecting elements are additionally anchored by means of integrally formed attachment tabs (11d, 12d), these attachment tabs also lying in the inwardly offset plane of the connecting elements. In consequence, the solder and plug connections are arranged at a sufficient insulating separation from the side contour of the relay, so that high-density packing of the relays on a printed-circuit board is possible. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei dem Relais sind ein Federträger (12) und ein Gegenkontaktelement (11) von zwei entgegengesetzten Seiten in Schlitze eines Grundkörpers (1) eingesteckt und mit Anschlußschienen (11a, 12a) parallel entlang der Außenwände zu einer Stirnseite geführt. An der Stirnseite sind die Anschlußelemente innerhalb von Taschen (22) der Gehäusekappe (18) abgekröpft und treten in Form von Endabschnitten mit Löt- und Steckanschlüssen (20, 21) in einem vorgegebenen Isolierabstand von den Außenwänden des Relais aus. Innerhalb der Taschen (22) sind die Anschlußelemente mittels angeformter Befestigungsnasen (11d, 12d) zusätzlich verankert, wobei auch diese Befestigungsnasen in der nach innen versetzten Ebene der Anschlußelemente liegen. Damit sind die Löt- und Steckanschlüsse in einem genügenden Isolierabstund von der Seitenkontur des Relais angeordnet, so daß eine dichte Anordnung der Relais auf einer Leiterplatte möglich ist. <IMAGE>
