Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a device for rotatively orientating bottles having swing top closures. For the orientation, the bottles are axially clamped between a rotary plate 6 which is driven in a controlled manner and a clamping head 7. The clamping head 7 is assigned a bell 8 which can be lowered onto the bottle head 1a and in which the bottle 1 having the swing top closure can be positively engaged in two predetermined 180 DEG rotary positions. To identify the correct rotary position of the two rotary positions, a locking element 21 which is pivotable from the side radially with respect to the swing top closure is provided, said locking element having a slot which is inclined relative to the bottle axis and into which a swing top can be engaged only if the bottle is situated in the correct rotary position. The bottle 1 can be brought into the correct rotary position in co-operation with the lowerable bell 8, the pivotable locking element 21 and the rotary plate 6 without the elements for the orientation and the bottle with its swing top closure thereby being considerably loaded. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten der Drehstellung von Flaschen mit Bügelverschlüssen. Zum Ausrichten sind die Flaschen zwischen einem gesteuert angetriebenen Drehteller 6 und einem Spannkopf 7 axial eingespannt. Dem Spannkopf 7 ist eine auf den Flaschenkopf 1a absenkbare Glocke 8 zugeordnet, in der die Flasche 1 mit dem Bügelverschluß in zwei vorbestimmten 180<o> Drehstellungen formschlüssig einrastbar ist. Zur Identifizierung der richtigen Drehstellung der beiden Drehstellungen ist ein von der Seite radial gegen den Bügelverschluß verschwenkbares Verriegelungselement 21 vorgesehen, das einen zur Flaschenachse geneigten Schlitz aufweist, in den ein Bügel nur dann einrastbar ist, wenn die Flasche sich in der richtigen Drehstellung befindet. Im Zusammenspiel der absenkbaren Glocke 8, des anschwenkbaren Verriegelungselementes 21 und des Drehtellers 6 läßt sich die Flasche 1 in die richtige Drehstellung bringen, ohne daß dabei die Elemente für das Ausrichten und die Flasche mit ihrem Bügelverschluß erheblich belastet werden. <IMAGE>
