The aim is to provide a dosing pump, which is of simple design and therefore can be produced cost-effectively, for sticky fluids, for example liquid detergents. This is realised with a piston pump (1) in which a disc (5) or a cylinder is arranged rotatably or pivotably in the pump casing. A piston (8) driven by a crank drive (9) is arranged in the bore of the disc (5) or in the cylinder; in this arrangement, the disc (5) or the cylinder firstly pivots to a suction (2) and thereafter to a pressure nozzle (3). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Es soll eine einfach aufgebaute und daher kostengünstig herstellbare Dosierpumpe für klebrige Flüssigkeiten z.B. flüssige Waschmittel geschaffen werden. Das wird durch eine Kolbenpumpe (1) verwirklicht, bei der im Pumpengehäuse drehbar oder schwenkbar eine Scheibe (5) oder ein Zylinder angeordnet ist. In der Bohrung der Scheibe (5) oder im Zylinder ist ein von einem Kurbeltrieb (9) angetriebener Kolben (8) angeordnet; dabei schwenkt die Scheibe (5) oder der Zylinder zunächst zu einem saug-(2) und danach zu einem Druckstutzen (3) hin. <IMAGE>
