The invention relates to a rodless actuator in which a piston is guided which is connected to a tension means and is displaceable in an axial direction and the cross-section or outer periphery of which is adapted to the cross-section of the actuator space. In order to provide a rodless actuator in which the assembly effort is reduced even while maintaining close tolerances and high tensile strength, it is proposed that the piston (2) be split transversely and consist of two piston halves (2', 2'') which can be joined in the axial direction, that the piston halves (2', 2'') be provided with bayonet connecting elements (7) at the end faces (3', 3'') facing one another, and that the cross-sectional contours of the piston halves (2', 2'') complement one another in the joined state of the piston (2) to form a common continuous cross-sectional contour. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft einen kolbenstangenlosen Zylinder, in dem ein mit einem Zugmittel verbundener in axialer Richtung verschiebarer Kolben geführt ist, dessen Querschnitt bzw. Außenumfang an den Querschnitt des Zylinderraumes angepaßt ist. Um einen kolbenstangenlosen Zylinder zu schaffen, bei dem der Montageaufwand auch bei Einhaltung enger Toleranzen und hoher Zugfestigkeit verringert ist, wird vorgeschlagen, daß der Kolben (2) quergeteilt ist und aus zwei in axialer Richtung zusammenfügbaren Kolbenhälften (2',2'') besteht, daß die Kolbenhälften (2',2'') an den einander Zugewandten Stirnseiten (3',3'') mit Renkverbindungselementen (7) versehen sind und daß sich die Querschnittskonturen der Kolbenhälften (2', 2'') im zusammengefügten Zustand des Kolbens (2) zu einer gemeinsamen zusammenhängenden Querschnittskontur ergänzen <IMAGE>
