Abstract (en)
Precompression hand pump for spraying or dispensing a fluid product contained in a container, the said pump having a pump body (1), in which a hollow piston (2) extended by a hollow stem (3) slides, comprising the seat (7a) of a closing-off valve (6) which is urged towards the said hollow stem by a spring (10), the said spring pushing back the valve (6) and the piston (2) towards a rest position, the said pump comprising a pump chamber (12) communicating with the container when the valve and the piston are in their rest position, the said pump chamber (12) being able to be isolated from the container by a leaktight fitting, one over the other, of a first cylinder (8) integral with the valve (6) and of a second cylinder (4) integral with the pump body, the said pump being characterised in that a valve stem (7b) extends the valve (6) through the hollow stem (3) as far as a distance H1 beyond the outer end of the hollow stem and in that, from the rest position of the valve, the cylinder (8) integral with the valve can be moved towards the cylinder (4) integral with the pump body by a distance H2, greater than H1, without the fitting of the two cylinders, one over the other, becoming non-leaktight. <IMAGE>

Pompe manuelle à précompression pour pulvériser ou distribuer un produit fluide contenu dans un récipient, ladite pompe ayant un corps de pompe (1) dans lequel coulisse un piston creux (2) prolongé par une tige creuse (3) comportant le siège (7a) d'un clapet (6) d'obturation sollicité vers ladite tige creuse par un ressort (10), ledit ressort repoussant le clapet (6) et le piston (2) vers une position de repos, ladite pompe comportant une chambre de pompe ( 12) communiquant avec le récipient lorsque le clapet et le piston sont dans leur position de repos, ladite chambre de pompe (12) pouvant être isolée du récipient par emmanchement étanche l'un sur l'autre d'un premier cylindre (8) solidaire du clapet (6) et d'un deuxième cylindre (4) solidaire du corps de pompe, ladite pompe étant caractérisée en ce qu'une tige de clapet (7b) prolonge le clapet (6) à travers la tige creuse (3) jusqu'à une distance H1 au delà de l'extrémité extérieure de la tige creuse, et en ce qu'à partir de la position de repos du clapet, le cylindre (8) solidaire du clapet peut être rapproché du cylindre (4) solidaire du corps de pompe d'une distance H2 supérieure à H1 sans que l'emmanchement l'un sur l'autre des deux cylindres ne devienne étanche. <IMAGE>
