Abstract (en)
The described blade unit consists of a blade (11) with at least one cutting edge (11.1) and of a guide/protection element (10) with at least one row of finger-shaped integral projections (10.1), the tips (10.2) of the integral projections of each row forming a line substantially corresponding, in its shape, to the line of the corresponding cutting edge (11.1). Guide/protection element (10) and blade (11) are fastened to one another in such a way that the tips (10.2) of the integral projections (10.1) extend beyond the corresponding cutting edge (11.1) of the blade (11), and that the cutting edge (11.1) bears on the flanks (10.3) of the integral projections (10.1). Preferably the guide/protection element (10) is composed of plastic or metal and the blade (11) is bonded, riveted or clamped to the guide/protection element (10). The blade (11) takes on the cutting function, and the integral projections (10.1) of the guide/protection element (10) on the one hand take on the function of guiding the skin during cutting into a position advantageous for the cutting, and on the other hand take on the function of preventing the cutting edge (11.1) of the blade (11) from being able to penetrate the skin, as a result of which the cutting edge cannot present a risk of injury whatever the manner of handling. <IMAGE>

Die beschriebene Klingeneinheit besteht aus einer Klinge (11) mit mindestens einer Schneidekante (11.1) und einem Führungs/Schutz-Element (10) mit mindestens einer Reihe von fingerförmigen Anformungen (10.1), wobei die Spitzen (10.2) der Anformungen je einer Reihe eine Linie bilden, die in ihrer Form der Linie der entsprechenden Schneidekante (11.1) im wesentlichen entspricht. Führungs/Schutz-Element (10) und Klinge (11) sind derart aneinander befestigt, dass die Spitzen (10.2) der Anformungen (10.1) die entsprechende Schneidekante (11.1) der Klinge (11) überragen und dass die Schneidekante (11.1) an den Flanken (10.3) der Anformungen (10.1) anliegt. Vorzugsweise besteht das Führungs/Schutz-Element (10) aus Kunststoff oder Metall und ist die Klinge (11) auf das Führungs/Schutz-Element (10) geklebt, genietet oder gekelemmt. Die Klinge (11) übernimmt die Schneidefunktion, die Anformungen (10.1) des Führungs/Schutz-Elementes (10) übernehmen einerseits die Funktion, die Haut beim Schneiden in eine für das Schneiden vorteilhafte Position zu führen, andererseits die Funktion zu verhindern, dass die Schneidekante (11.1) der Klinge (11) in die Haut eindringen kann, sodass die Schneidekante bei keiner Art von Handhabung eine Verletzungsgefahr darstellen kann. <IMAGE>
