Abstract (en)

[origin: WO9115309A1] Jaws (38) can move between gripping and release positions. The passage to the release position is controlled by a slide (42) under the action of a ramp (48) and via tenons (44) which are attached to the slide (42) and which slide in grooves (46). The reverse movement is controlled by the same parts under the action of a return spring which acts on the slide (42). The transmission of movement by the systems with tenons (44) and grooves is irreversible, so that the neck (2) of a bottle held between the jaws (48) cannot become dislodged: a force (F1) applied to the jaws (38) cannot move the slide to open the jaws (38). Used to obtain fast machines without increasing the clamping force on the treated objects (bottles).

Des mors (38) sont mobiles entre des positions de préhension et de relâchement. Le passage à la position de relâchement est commandé par un coulisseau (42) sous l'action d'une rampe (48) et via des tenons (44) liés au coulisseau (42) et coulissant dans des rainures (46). Le mouvement inverse est commandé par les mêmes pièces sous l'action d'un ressort de rappel agissant sur le coulisseau (42). La transmission de mouvement assurée par les systèmes à tenons (44) et rainures (46) est irréversible de sorte que le goulot (2) d'une bouteille tenu entre les mors (48) ne peut s'en dégager: une force (F1) appliquée aux mors (38) ne permet pas de déplacer le coulisseau dans le sens de l'ouverture des mors (38). Utilisation pour réaliser des machines rapides sans accroître la force de serrage sur les objets (bouteilles) traités.
