Abstract (en)

This protective envelope 1 is particularly well adapted to the packaging of heavy products held by grasping members during the packaging phase. It is closed completely on three sides S1, S2, S3 and partially on the fourth side S4 and provided with a means of passage 2, a simple cut-out. This means 2 allows, on the one hand, the insertion in the envelope of the product to be packaged while the latter is held by a grasping member and, on the other hand, the release of the grasping member once the envelope is disposed around the product. It furthermore comprises, on its partially closed side S4, a means of grasping 3 which facilitates the extraction and holding of the product/envelope assembly during the unpacking of the said assembly. Cette enveloppe protectrice 1 est particulièrement bien adaptée au conditionnement de produits pesants maintenus pendant la phase d'emballage par des organes de préhension. Elle est fermée complètement sur trois côtés S1, S2, S3 et partiellement sur le quatrième S4 et munie d'un moyen de passage 2, une simple découpe. Ce moyen 2 permet d'une part l'introduction dans l'enveloppe du produit à conditionner alors que celui-ci est maintenu par un organe de préhension et d'autre part le dégagement de l'organe de préhension une fois l'enveloppe disposée autour du produit. Elle comporte de plus sur son côté partiellement fermé S4 un moyen de préhension 3 qui facilite l'extraction et le maintien de l'ensemble produit-enveloppe lors du déballage dudit ensemble. Le procédé de conditionnement utilisant l'enveloppe 1 peut être aisément automatisé. Application : Conditionnement de produits pesants. <IMAGE>
