Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vielzweck-Bearbeitungs-Vorrichtung zum dosierenden Auftragen oder Abnehmen bzw. Entfernen von Flüssigkeiten und/oder fließfähigen Substanzen mit einer axial beweglichen, umfangsgelagerten bzw. umfangsgehaltenen, an eine Gegenwalze oder an eine Gegenfläche (nicht über ihre Achse bzw. nicht über die Achszapfen) angepreßten Arbeitsrolle (3), die außer in dem den Übertragungsvorgang bewirkenden Umfangs- bzw. Mantelbereich an mindestens zwei weiteren Flächen druckbeaufschlagt (anpressend) anliegt, die jeweils (eine) elastische Platte(n) (10) bzw. (eine) dieser (diesen) funktionsgleiche Gegendruckgleitplatte(n) oder Walze(n) bzw. Rolle (n) oder zylindrische Körper oder eine oder mehrere Bürstleisten sein können, die eine, die Auftragungs- oder Abnahmemenge an Flüssigkeit bzw. fließfähiger Substanz an der Arbeitsrolle (3) bestimmende bzw. mitbestimmende Funktion ausüben, wodurch indirekt, d.h. in daraus folgender Auswirkung, auch die Auftragungs- bzw.
