Abstract (en)
An ink-jet recording head for jetting ink by imparting heat energy to the ink, wherein heaters (8a, 8b) for keeping a substrate warm are provided on the substrate (1) provided with a jet heater unit (6) as a group of jetting heaters (5) generating heat energy at both sides of the jet heater unit (6) as well as sensors (2a, 2b) for sensing the temperature of the substrate are provided. The sensors (2a, 2b) are disposed in such positions that lengths of time, during which temperature variations exhibit influences when certain fixed jetting heaters only are driven and when the warmth keeping heaters (8a, 8b) only are driven, respectively, are approximately equal to each other. Temperature of the recording head can be controlled with high precision and excellent responsiveness, and stably with such arrangement as above.

Tête d'enregistrement à jet d'encre destinée à projeter un jet d'encre en transmettant une énergie thermique à l'encre. Dans ladite tête, des dispositifs de chauffage (8a, 8b) destinés à garder des substrats chauds sont agencés sur le substrat (1) doté d'une unité de chauffage de jet (6) se présentant sous la forme d'un groupe de dispositifs de chauffage de jet (5) produisant une énergie thermique des deux côtés de l'unité de chauffage de jet (6), et de capteurs (2a, 2b) destinés à détecter la température du substrat. Les capteurs (2a, 2b) sont disposés dans des positions telles que les durées pendant lesquelles les variations de température présentent des influences lorsque uniquement certains dispositifs de chauffage de jets fixes sont activés et lorsque uniquement les dispositifs de chauffage de maintien de chaleur (8a, 8b) sont activés respectivement, sont approximativement égales les unes par rapport aux autres. La température de la tête d'enregistrement peut être régulée de manière très précise, avec une réponse excellente, et de manière stable dans l'agencement précité.
