Abstract (en)
Film winding device and process with flying changeover of spooled film rolls. There are two circumferential drives for the film roll, and a carriage (30) transports the respective incipient film roll upon reaching an intermediate size (8) from the winding starting position (I) to the winding end position (II). When the end size (9) for the film roll has been reached, the now tightly wound-on film web is severed and the newly obtained end (6') is spooled on at the winding starting position (I). <IMAGE>

Folienwickelvorrichtung und -verfahren mit fliegendem Wechsel von aufgespulten Folienrollen. Es sind zwei Umfangsantriebe für die Folienrolle vorgesehen, und ein Wagen (30) transportiert die jeweils anfängliche Folienrolle nach Erreichen einer Zwischengröße (8) von der Wickelausgangsstellung (I) in die Wickelendstellung (II). Die dabei aufgespannte Folienbahn wird bei Erreichen der Folienrollen-Endgröße (9) durchtrennt und das neu gewonnene Ende (6') bei der Wickelausgangsstellung (I) aufgespult. <IMAGE>
