[origin: EP0478844A1] In a holding-rod mounting for motor vehicle door stops, which consists of a gudgeon bore (6) in the door-holding rod (7) of a door stop and of a bearing block (3) provided with at least one gudgeon bore and fastened fixedly to one of the two door arrangement parts, namely the door or door column, as well as of a bearing pin (1) and in which the bearing pin (1) is mounted with a running fit in one of the gudgeon bores (6) by means of a resiliently elastic support, and in which the door-holding rod is supported resiliently elastically against the bearing block (3) in the axial direction of its mounting, to achieve a mounting which can be produced and assembled in a simple way and which is maintenance-free over a long period, that gudgeon bore (6) in which the bearing pin (1) has a running fit is oversized in relation to this, and the bearing pin (1) is supported in this gudgeon bore (6) via a number of leaf springs (9) oriented in an axis-parallel manner. <IMAGE>
