Abstract (en)

[origin: EP0478882A1] The invention relates to the stator for a turbomolecular vacuum pump with spacer rings (1, 2) and with split washers (3), which carry the stator blades and are arranged with an outer edge between the spacer rings; in order to prevent incorrect assembly it is proposed that the outer edge of the split washers (3) be flanged and that the spacer rings (1, 2) be equipped with a corresponding recess (5) receiving the flanged edge (4).
