[origin: EP0479001A1] In a renewable cassette, which can be inserted into an adhesive tape dispenser, having a cassette housing (1) which has a supply roll of adhesive tape and a dispensing opening (4) through which adhesive tape (3) pulled off the supply roll (2) can be fed from the cassette housing (1) to a tape pull-off device in the adhesive tape dispenser, the dispensing opening (4) is mounted at the end of a beak-type projection (5) on the cassette housing (1). The projection (5) consists of two guide bars (6; 9), between which the adhesive tape (3) runs. The lower guide bar (9) is formed by two bar webs (7, 8) which extend spaced apart and form on their upper side a guide path (11) which runs in a rounded manner towards its end for the coated underside of the adhesive tape (3). The upper guide bar is constructed as a spring bar (6) which has on its underside a rounded contact surface (12) assigned to the guide path (11) of the bar webs (7, 8), projects at its front end over the bar webs (7, 8) and is biased towards the latter in an elastically resilient manner and can be cushioned by them. <IMAGE>
