The mixing and kneading device has a cylindrical housing (1) with a mixer shaft (3) arranged in the cylindrical housing (1). Rotor elements (6) fitted with blade elements (8) are arranged on the mixer shaft (3). The rotor elements (6) can be adjusted in the peripheral direction on the mixer shaft (3) and also axially relative to one another. Each rotor element (6) has an annular basic body with an internal tooth system (7) which meshes with the external tooth system (4) of the mixer shaft (3). The blade elements (8) interact with projections (10) which if need be are rotatably mounted and which extend radially into the housing (1) and are shaped like the blade elements (8). By the adjustment of the rotor elements (6) relative to one another, the mixing and kneading action can be optimally adapted to the materials to be processed. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Misch- und Kneteinrichtung weist ein zylindrisches Gehäuse (1) mit in diesem angeordneter Mischerwelle (3) auf. Auf der Mischerwelle (3) sind mit Flügelelementen (8) bestückte Rotorelemente (6) angeordnet, welche in Umfangsrichtung auf der Mischerwelle (3) und auch axial gegeneinander verstellbar sind. Jedes Rotorelement (6) weist einen ringförmigen Grundkörper mit Innenverzahnung (7) auf, welcher mit der Aussenverzahnung (4) der Mischerwelle (3) kämmt. Die Flügelelemente (8) arbeiten mit ggf. verdrehbar gelagerten Vorsprüngen (10) zusammen, welche sich radial in das Gehäuse (1) erstrecken und den Flügelelementen (8) ähnlich geformt sind. Durch die Verstellung der Rotorelemente (6) gegeneinander kann die Misch- und Knetwirkung optimal den zu bearbeitenden Materialien angepasst werden. <IMAGE>
