[origin: WO9006852A1] To obtain a heating device for a laminated write head, a heating resistor (15) in the form of a heating meander is produced, in empty spaces present in the substrate, directly from one of the two electrically conductive thin films precipitated onto the basic oxide in order to form heat transducers (4) and strip conductors (5, 6). The empty spaces are obtained by ordered arrangement and grouping of the strip conductors (5, 6), in which sections of the heating resistor (15) are embedded. The heating resistor (15) is a component of a resistance bridge and functions both as a heat source and as a temperature sensor, by evaluation of its electrical resistance.
