[origin: WO9115021A1] It is known to make windings of inductive circuit elements for the assembly of printed circuit boards by bending wire elements into a U-shape, curving them over the core(s) and soldering their ends into conductive tracks with which they form complete windings. The wire elements are inserted individually in the printed circuit board. According to the invention, the wire elements (21) are laid and supported on a tunnel-shaped winding support (15) of essentially U-shaped cross-section. Embodiments which are advantageous for the electrical and mechanical properties are indicated in dependent claims.

Dans le domaine des éléments de circuit inductifs utilisés pour le montage de cartes imprimées, on fabrique, selon un procédé connu des enroulements à partir d'éléments de fil courbés en U qui entourent le ou les noyaux et forment avec des pistes conductrices, dans lesquelles leurs extrémités sont soudées, des spires complètes. Pour cela, les éléments de fil sont insérés individuellement dans la carte imprimée. Selon l'invention, il est prévu un support d'enroulement en forme de tunnel (15) avec une section essentiellement en U sur lequel reposent et sont fixés les éléments de fil (21). Des réalisations avantageuses quant à leurs propriétés électriques et mécaniques sont indiquées dans les sous-revendications.
