Sheeting unit (2) for trenches in the soil, having a first sheeting plate (4), a second sheeting plate (6) and cross supports (8) which hold the two sheeting plates (4, 6) at a distance apart and are attached to the sheeting plates (4, 6) in an articulated manner, springs (32) being provided in order to limit the deflection of the cross supports (8), characterised in that the cross supports (8) are each attached to the two sheeting plates (4, 6) by means of load-distribution brackets (10) which are fastened to the relevant sheeting plate (4; 6) and have a pivoting bearing (28) for the relevant cross support (8), and in that at least one spring (32) is provided at the cross supports (8) in each case on at least one of the two load-distribution brackets (10), which spring (32) is fitted between a spring-attachment point of the bracket (10) and an end area of the relevant cross support (8), the end area of the cross support being located between the relevant pivoting bearing (28) and the relevant sheeting plate (4; 6). <IMAGE>

Verbaueinheit (2) für Gräben im Erdreich, aufweisend eine erste Verbauplatte (4), eine zweite Verbauplatte (6) und Querstützen (8), welche die beiden Verbauplatten (4, 6) auf Abstand halten und gelenkig an die Verbauplatten (4, 6) angeschlossen sind, wobei zur Einschränkung der Auslenkung der Querstützen (8) Federn (32) vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querstützen (8) jeweils mittels Lastverteilkonsolen (10), die an der betreffenden Verbauplatte (4; 6) befestigt sind und ein Gelenklager (28) für die betreffende Querstütze (8) aufweisen, an die beiden Verbauplatten (4, 6) angeschlossen sind; und daß bei den Querstützen (8) jeweils an mindestens einer der beiden Lastverteilkonsolen (10) mindestens eine Feder (32) vorgesehen ist, die zwischen einer Federanschlußstelle der Konsole (10) und einem Endbereich der betreffenden Querstütze (8) eingebaut ist, wobei sich der Querstützen-Endbereich zwischen dem betreffenden Gelenklager (28) und der betreffenden Verbauplatte (4; 6) befindet. <IMAGE>
