Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verstellpropeller (2) mit in der Propellernabe angeordneten Verstellstangen (10) zum Verstellen der Propellerflügel (3) und mit einem Hydraulikzylinder (9) zum axialen Verschieben der Verstellstangen (10), wobei der Hydraulikzylinder (9) koaxial zur und stromabwärts hinter der Propellernabe angeordnet ist, wobei sein Zylindergehäuse lösbar mit den Verstellstangen und seine Kolbenstange lösbar mit der Propellerwelle verbindbar ist, und wobei die über das Zylindergehäuse hinausgeführte Kolbenstange in einem drehfest an einem Bootskörper oder einem Steuerschwert eines Z-Antriebes gehaltenen Stator (7) gelagert ist, durch den Druckmittelleitungen geführt sind. <IMAGE>
