[origin: JPH04234652A] PURPOSE: To cool a printing form laid about a printing form cylinder for non- aqueous offset printing correctly by improving a thermal regulator for the printing form cylinder to blow tempered air generated directly within the range of the printing form cylinder. CONSTITUTION: At least one fan 4 is disposed in a blow box 3 and, in order to regulate blow air generated by the fan 4 thermally, a cooler 5 is disposed in the blow box 3 in front of the fan 4 when viewed in the flowing direction of the blow air. The cooler 5 is provided with a cooling installation 6 for supplying a coolant 7 from the outside of the blow box 3, and a regulator 8 for regulating the cooling of the cooler 5 in dependence of the temperature.
