This ensemble is characterised in that the strip has no wire guide in its grooves between rows of ducts which have internal self-stripping connections and in that the associated device comprises a plate (51) fitted with teeth (52) which are spaced apart with the pitch (P) of the ducts of any one row and which are perpendicular to the plane of the said plate by having a width greater than that of the grooves of the strip. <??>Application: telecommunications. <IMAGE>
