The invention relates to a one-component mixture for the production of polyurethane foam for application from a pressurised container, where the mixture contains an NCO-group containing prepolymer made from a polyol and a polyisocyanate, and optionally flameproofing agents, stabilisers, plasticizers, catalysts, viscosity-reducing solvents and other conventional constituents, and to a process for the production of a one-component mixture of this type. According to the invention, the prepolymer has a dynamic viscosity of from 500 to 12,000 mPa.s., measured at 20 DEG C, and is mixed with from 0.5 to 35 % by weight of He, Ar, N2, O2, CO2, N2O and/or air, based on the prepolymer present in the mixture.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einkomponentenmischung zur Herstellung von Polyurethanschaum zur Anwendung aus einem Druckbehälter, wobei die Mischung ein NCO-Gruppen enthaltendes Prepolymer aus einem Polyol und einem Polyisosyanat, sowie gegebenenfalls Flammschutzmittel, Stabilisatoren, Weichmacher, Katalysatoren, die Viskosität herabsetzende Lösungsmittel und andere übliche Bestandteile enthält, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen Einkomponentenmischung. Gemäß der Erfindung hat das Prepolymer eine dynamische Viskosität von 500 bis 12000 mPa.s, gemessen bei 20° C, und ist die Mischung mit 0,5 bis 35 Gew.-% He, Ar, N2, O2, CO2, N2O und/oder Luft, bezogen auf das in der Mischung enthaltene Prepolymer.
