Abstract (en)

For varying the axial stroke of vibrating inking rollers (30) in rotary printing machines, in a housing (3) which can be driven in rotation and rotates about the axis of rotation (9), at least one eccentric bolt (18) is mounted so as to be rotatable about its axis of rotation (19) and has the distance (a) from the axis of rotation (9). The eccentric bolt (18) has an eccentric pin (20) which is mounted at least at one of its ends and has the same distance (a) from the axis of rotation (19) of the eccentric bolt (18). The eccentric bolt (18) can be rotated via a sleeve (10) and via the planetary gearwheel (16), i.e. the eccentric pin (20) is variable in its distance relative to the axis of rotation (9). The eccentric pin (20) transmits its rotary movement via a sliding block (29) into a reciprocating movement with which the inking roller (30) is driven axially. <IMAGE>

Zur Verstellung der axialen Verreibungsbewegung von Reibwalzen (30) in Rotationsdruckmaschinen ist in einem rotierend antreibbaren Gehäuse (3), das um die Drehachse (9) rotiert, mindestens ein Exzenterbolzen (18) drehbar um dessen Drehachse (19) gelagert und weist von der Drehachse (9) den Abstand (a) auf. Der Exzenterbolzen (18) verfügt über einen an mindestens einem seiner Enden angebrachten Exzenterzapfen (20), welcher von der Drehachse (19) des Exzenterbolzens (18) denselben Abstand (a) aufweist. Der Exzenterbolzen (18) ist über eine Hülse (10) und über das Planetenzahnrad (16) verdrehbar, d.h. der Exzenterzapfen (20) ist bezüglich er Drehachse (9) in seinem Abstand veränderbar. Der Exzenterzapfen (20) überträgt seine rotative Bewegung über einen Gleitstein (29) in eine hin- und hergehende Bewegung, mit welcher die Reibwalze (30) axial angetrieben wird. <IMAGE>
