[origin: EP0480907A1] In a wrapper for chocolates, the cover is formed by a blank (4) of a multilayered packaging material which has a hot-sealable decorative varnished layer on the decorated side and a hot-sealing layer on its other side on a partial region (5) of its surface. In the wrapper, the chocolate is wrapped in the blank (4) with formation of two mutually overlapping envelope folds (11, 12) at the bottom (13) of the chocolate, the hot-sealing layer of the partial region (5) being connected by hot-sealing at the envelope fold (12) to the decorative upper side of the material of the envelope fold (11). In this case, the blank (4) has at least one labelling square (8) on the decorated side, inside which labelling (9) is applied by the packaging material being embossed, while a frame-type support profile (10) is provided along the edge of the blank in the form of an embossing of the packaging material. <IMAGE>
