Abstract (en)
This chock comprises two jaws (2, 3) which are held in a separated position by a cylinder (1). The cylinder (1) is held elastically by the spring (9) close to the spindle (4) of articulation of the jaws (2 and 3). The relative position of the jaws (2 and 3) and of the cylinder (1) may be modified; it suffices to pull on the ring (11), which causes the jaws (2 and 3) to slide over the cables (5 and 6), compresses the spring (9) and enables the jaws (2 and 3) to be brought together so as to insert them in a rock fissure. The ring (11) is then released and the jaws separate, fixing the chock. This chock is of a simple construction and thus cheap and is easy to recover. <IMAGE>

Ce coinceur comporte deux mâchoires (2, 3) qui sont maintenues en position écartée par un cylindre (1). Le cylindre (1) est maintenu élastiquement par le ressort (9) proche de l'axe (4) d'articulation des mâchoires (2 et 3). La position relative des mâchoires (2 et 3) et du cylindre (1) peut être modifiée; il suffit de tirer sur l anneau (11). Ce qui fait coulisser les mâchoires (2 et 3) sur les câbles (5 et 6), comprime le ressort (9) et permet de rapprocher les mâchoires (2 et 3) afin de les introduire dans une fissure de rocher. On relache alors l'anneau (11) et les mâchoires s'écartent en fixant le coinceur. Ce coinceur est de construction simple, donc bon marché, et est facile à récupérer. <IMAGE> <IMAGE>
