In a needle bar having a foot part made of plastic and a row of needles inserted into the foot part, in particular for open-end spinning machines, combing machines and intersecting machines, to achieve individual exchangeability of single needles whilst retaining good fixing even after several exchanges, provision is made for the plastic foot part (6) to be fitted with a plurality of cutouts (15) corresponding to the cross-section of the needles (7) but having a smaller dimension relative thereto, and for the needles (7) to be poked through the cutouts (15) individually from below, a widened bottom end (8) of the needles (7) coming to rest on the inner edge (16) of the cutouts (15) in the plastic foot part (6). <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Nadelstab mit einem Fußteil aus Kunststoff und einer Reihe von in das Fußteil eingesetzten Nadeln, insbesondere für Offenend-Spinnmaschinen, Kämmashinen und Intersecting-Maschinen, ist zur Erzielung einer individuellen Austauschbarkeit einzelner Nadeln bei gleichbleibend guter Festlegung auch nach mehrmaligem Austausch vorgesehen, daß das Kunststoff-Fußteil (6) mit einer Mehrzahl von dem Querschnitt der Nadeln (7) entsprechenden, jedoch demgegenüber Untermaß aufweisenden Ausnehmungen (15) versehen ist, und daß die Nadeln (7) von unten her einzeln durch die Ausnehmungen (15) hindurchgesteckt sind, wobei ein verbreitertes unteres Ende (8) der Nadeln (7) zur Anlage am inneren Rand (16) der Ausnehmungen (15) im Kunststoff-Fußteil (6) gelangt. <IMAGE>
