Abstract (en)
To feed a production machine (18) with strip material (4) from a coil (2), a rotatable support (7), on which the coil rests with its axis (5) vertical, is driven by a motor (8). Since the circumference of the coil decreases as it is unwound, a sensor is provided in order to maintain a desired strip speed, the sensor controlling the drive (8) of the coil (2) to give a constant strip speed. <IMAGE>

Zum Beschicken einer Bearbeitungsmaschine (18) mit bandförmigem Material (4) von einem Coil (2) wird ein drehbarer Träger (7), auf dem der Coil mit vertikaler Achse (5) liegt, durch einen Motor (8) angetrieben. Da der Umfang des Coils beim Abwickeln abnimmt, ist zur Aufrechterhaltung einer gewünschten Bandgeschwindigkeit ein Sensor vorgesehen, durch den der Antrieb (8) des Coils (2) im Sinne einer konstanten Bandgeschwindigkeit geregelt wird. <IMAGE>
