The plate (5) carries four pegs (25a, 25b, 25c, 25d) each sliding in a groove produced in a guidance member (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) carried by the fixed part (4) of the dispensing head parallel to the longitudinal axis of the unit. When one end (23a) of the plate (5) is pressed, the two pegs (25a, 25d) slide downwards in their grooves and the other two pegs (25b, 25c) remain against the stop at the top of their associated grooves. <IMAGE>
