The domestic microwave appliance, especially the radiator unit for a microwave oven, consists of a microwave generator, for example a magnetron, a waveguide (4), a microwave power output pin (5), a field stirring device (8) and a cover (9) which consists of a material having low dielectric losses and which connects a reflector depression (7), which is arranged outside a baking oven covering surface (10), to the waveguide (4) and to the baking oven covering surface (10) such that the microwave power output pin (5), which projects into the reflector depression (7) and is connected to the field stirring device (8), is surrounded at a bushing point (11) between the waveguide (4) and the reflector depression (7) by at least two microwave-specific discontinuities (6), and such that the cover (9) bounds the reflector depression (7) on the cooking space side. <IMAGE>

Das Mikrowellen-Haushaltgerät, insbesondere Strahlereinheit für einen Mikrowellenofen, besteht aus einem Mikrowellengenerator, beispielsweise Magnetron, einem Wellenleiter (4), einem Mikrowellen-Auskoppelstift (5), einem Feldrührer (8), sowie einer aus Material mit geringen dielektrischen Verlusten bestehenden Abdeckung (9), die eine außerhalb einer Backofendeckfläche (10) angeordnete Reflektormulde (7) mit dem Wellenleiter (4) und der Backofendeckfläche (10) so verbindet, daß der in die Reflektormulde (7) hineinragende, mit dem Feldrührer (8) verbundene Mikrowellen-Auskoppelstift (5) an einer Durchführungsstelle (11) zwischen dem Wellenleiter (4) und der Reflektormulde (7) von mindestens zwei mikrowellenspezifischen Diskontinuitäten (6) umgeben ist und daß die Abdeckung (9) die Reflektormulde (7) garraumseitig begrenzt. <IMAGE>
