Abstract (en)
The clamping shank 11 of a tool for percussive drilling has at least two diametrically opposed rotational-driving slots 23, 24 and at least one locking slot 12. The rotational-driving slots 23 and 24 open out in the free end face 20 of the clamping shank 11, so as to be able to introduce the matched rotational drivers 26 and 27, respectively, of a chuck 25 axially into the rotational-driving slots 23 and 24. The locking slot 12 is closed at the end which is adjacent to the free end face 20, in order to prevent the tool from being thrown out upon engagement of a locking member of the chuck. To permit insertion of the clamping shank 11 into the chuck only in one rotational position, the rotational-driving slots 23 and 24 have different cross-sections, their faces 28 and 29, which are under compression when the tool is driven by the respective faces 31 and 32 of the respective rotational drivers 26 and 27, constructed in accordance with the slots 23 and 24, of the chuck 25, are diametrically opposed to one another. <IMAGE>

Der Einspannschaft 11 eines Werkzeuges zum Schlagbohren weist mindestens zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegende Drehmitnahmenuten 23, 24 und mindestens eine Verriegelungsnut 12 auf. Die Drehmitnahmenuten 23 und 24 münden in die freie Endfläche 20 des Einspannschaftes 11, um die angepaßten Drehmitnehmer 26 bzw. 27 einer Werkzeugaufnahme 25 in die Drehmitnahmenuten 23 und 24 axial einführen zu können. Die Verriegelungsnut 12 ist an dem Ende geschlossen, das der freien Endfläche 20 benachbart ist, um beim Eingriff eines Verriegelungskörpers der Werkzeugaufnahme das Herausschleudern des Werkzeuges zu verhindern. Um das Einsetzen des Einspannschaftes 11 in die Werkzeugaufnahme nur in einer Drehstellung zu ermöglichen, haben die Drehmitnahmenuten 23 und 24 unterschiedliche Querschnitte, wobei ihre Flächen 28 und 29, die beim Antreiben des Werkzeuges von den Flächen 31 bzw. 32 der entsprechend den Nuten 23 und 24 ausgebildeten Drehmitnehmer 26 bzw. 27 der Werkzeugaufnahme 25 auf Druck belastet sind, einander diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind. <IMAGE>
