[origin: WO9118337A1] The valve comprises a flap (8) consisting of a rotational body housed in a chamber (4) which also includes a spring (15) to keep the flap in the closed position. The flap (8) has a cylindrical portion provided with gasket (9) which is movable in a bore (5), a tapered portion (10) located opposite a tapered portion (6) of the chamber, and at least one passage (12, 13) between the tapered portion (6) and the forward part of the flap. The valve is provided with an inlet (16) opening into the tapered portion (6), and an outlet (17). Pressure in the inlet (16) pushes back the flap so that the tapered portion thereof will try to close off the inlet (16). A balance is thereby achieved between the pressure acting on the flap (8) and the thrust exerted by the spring (15).

La vanne comporte un clapet (8) constitué d'un corps de révolution logé dans une chambre (4) comprenant également un ressort (15) maintenant le clapet en position fermée. Le clapet (8) présente une partie cylindrique munie d'une garniture d'étanchéité (9) se déplaçant dans un alésage (5), une partie tronconique (10) située en face d'une partie tronconique (6) de la chambre et au moins un passage (12, 13) entre la partie tronconique (6) et la partie avant du clapet. La vanne est munie d'un conduit d'entrée (16) débouchant dans la partie tronconique (6) et d'un conduit de sortie (17). Une pression dans le conduit d'entrée (16) fait reculer le clapet dont la partie tronconique a tendance à fermer le conduit d'entrée (16). Un équilibre se produit entre la pression sur le clapet (8) et la poussée du ressort (15).
