[origin: US5204612A] A current having a high negative temperature coefficient can be tapped from a current source circuit connected as a loop out of two current mirror circuits and having a resistor. Furthermore, a current source circuit of this type made with CMOS technology has a high current requirement. The invention permits a reduction of these drawbacks by replacing the resistor with a connected capacitor.

Einer aus zwei Stromspiegelschaltungen schleifenförmig verknüpften Stromquellenschaltung mit einem Widerstand kann über einen Stromquellentransistor ein Strom mit einem hohen negativen Temperaturkoeffizienten entnommen werden. Des weiteren weist eine solche in CMOS-Technologie hergestellte Stromquellenschaltung einen hohen Strombedarf auf. Erfindungsgemäß lassen sich diese Nachteile dadurch vermindern, daß der Widerstand durch eine geschaltete Kapazität ersetzt wird. <IMAGE>
