Abstract (en)
A chuck for tool inserts, particularly for screwdriver bits (11), possesses a base body (4) having a hexagon socket (8) for the hexagonal shank (10) of the screwdriver bit (11). Mounted rotatably on the base body (4) is a coupling sleeve (12) which carries a locking plate (14) projecting, in front of the front end of the base body (4), into the hexagon socket (8). The locking plate (14) possesses a central perforation (15), the outer profile of which corresponds to the cross-sectional profile of the hexagon socket (8). If the coupling sleeve (12) is turned relative to the base body (4) into a release position, the profile of the perforation of the locking plate (14) comes into coincidence with the cross-sectional profile of the hexagon socket (8), so that a screwdriver bit (11) can be inserted or removed. If the coupling sleeve (12) is turned, under the action of a spring (16), into a locking position, the locking plate (14) engages into a catch groove (26) of the shank (10) of the screwdriver bit (11) and holds the latter positively in the hexagon socket (8). <IMAGE>

Ein Spannfutter für Werkzeugeinsätze, insbesondere für Schraubendreherbits (11) weist einen Grundkörper (4) mit einer Sechskantaufnahme (8) für den sechskantigen Schaft (10) des Schraubendreherbits (11) auf. Auf dem Grundkörper (4) ist drehbar eine Überwurfhülse (12) gelagert, die ein vor der vorderen Stirnfläche des Grundkörpers (4) in die Sechskantaufnahme (8) hineinragendes Verriegelungsplättchen (14) trägt. Das Verriegelungsplättchen (14) weist einen mittigen Durchbruch (15) auf, dessen Außenprofil dem Querschnittsprofil der Sechskantaufnahme (8) entspricht. Wird die Überwurfhülse (12) gegen den Grundkörper (4) in eine Freigabestellung gedreht, so kommt das Profil des Durchbruchs des Verriegelungsplättchens (14) mit dem Querschnittsprofil der Sechskantaufnahme (8) zur Deckung, so daß ein Schraubendreherbit (11) eingesetzt oder entnommen werden kann. Dreht sich die Überwurfhülse (12) unter der Wirkung einer Feder (16) in eine Verriegelungsstellung, so greift das Verriegelungsplättchen (14) in eine Rastrille (26) des Schaftes (10) des Schraubendreherbits (11) und hält dieses formschlüssig in der Sechskantaufnahme (8). <IMAGE>
