The invention relates to a roll stand with roll adjusting devices for the top roll and for the bottom roll and with displacement sensors for detecting the adjustment position of the top roll for a linked computer. For this purpose, stop faces (6) are provided on the housing (1) of the roll stand. These stop faces can be fixed in their position relative to the horizontal housing centre plane (13) of the top roll (2a). Counter stop faces (8) are formed on the chocks (3) of the top roll and the positions of the apex (14b) of the bottom roll (2b), the distances of the chock centre plane to the stop faces (16) of the adjusting screw (15) and, if required, the positions of the adjusting screws (15) relative to the centre plane (7) of rolling can be recorded. <IMAGE>
Abstract (de)
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Walzgerüst mit Walzeneinstellvorrichtungen für die Oberwalze und für die Unterwalze sowie Weggebern zur Erfassung der Position der Walzenanstellung der Oberwalze für einen angeschlossenen Rechner. Hierzu sind am Ständer (1) des Walzgerüstes Anschlagflächen (6) vorgesehen, die in ihrer Position zur horizontalen Ständermittelebene (13) der Oberwalze (2a) festlegbar sind, an den Einbaustücken (3) der Oberwalze sind Gegenanschlagflächen (8) ausgebildet und es sind die Positionen des Scheitels (14b) der Unterwalze (2b), die Abstände der Einbaustückmittenebene zu den Anschlagflächen (16) der Anstellspindel (15) sowie ggf. die Positionen der Anstellspindeln (15) zur Walzmittenebene (7) erfaßbar. <IMAGE>
