[origin: EP0484213A1] The sanitary ware of the invention comprises a bowl (2) having, in its lower portion, a syphon (3) and, in its upper portion, a rinsing-water inlet pipe (24), and a device (5) for pumping and pulverising the waste water, which device is connected, on the one hand, to the outlet (4) of the syphon and, on the other hand, to the inlet of a pipe (14) for draining the waste water, the said device (5) comprising a motor (6) solidly attached to a pump body (7) in which is housed a rotor (8) mounted on the drive shaft (10) of the said motor. According to the invention, the said pumping and pulverising device (5) is arranged beneath the outlet (4) of the said syphon (3), the said pump body (7) being disposed above the said drive motor (6). <IMAGE>
