The window or glazed-door leaf with weatherproof cladding (9) is equipped on its bottom crosspiece (transom) (3) with rapid-drainage mortices (18) and, on its uprights (cheets) (2) and its top crosspiece (transom), with cylindrical holes (19), some (19a) of which are holes emerging at the level of the outer circumference of the said leaf, the said mortices (18) and the said holes (19) all emerging at the level of the bottom of the groove (4) framing the said leaf. <IMAGE>
