Abstract (en)
For the fastening of fitting plates, roses and the like in particular, the invention provides a cap-like plate (10) having a bevelled edge (14) which engages over a baseplate (20). It has, on at least two mutually opposed circumferential portions (26), spring-web catches (28) which interact non-positively with countercatches (18) on the inner face (16) of the edge of the attached plate (10). The catches (28) of the baseplate (20) are downwardly directed bending bars which are in one piece with the latter and which extend especially parallel to the baseplate underside and form barbs for the countercatches (18). Like these, they are profiled to project on the engagement faces, especially are sawtooth-like. The baseplate (20) forms, together with its catches (28), a zinc die-casting. The plate (10) is a sheet-metal body which is in one piece with the countercatches (18) and which can, for example, be stamped by means of a blanking die. During deep-drawing, the countercatches (18) acquire upwardly directed top edges projecting from the inner face (16) of the edge. <IMAGE>

Zur Befestigung namentlich von Beschlagschildern, Rosetten u.dgl. sieht die Erfindung ein kappenähnliches Schild (10) mit abgekantetem Rand (14) vor, der eine Unterplatte (20) übergreift. Sie hat an zumindest zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Umfangsabschnitten (26) Federsteg-Rasten (28), die mit Gegenrasten (18) an der Rand-Innenfläche (16) des aufgesteckten Schildes (10) kraftschlüssig zusammenwirken. Die Rasten (28) der Unterplatte (20) sind mit ihr einstückige, abwärts gerichtete Biegebalken, die insbesondere parallel zur Platten-Unterseite verlaufen und für die Gegenrasten (18) Widerhaken bilden. Ebenso wie diese sind sie an den Eingriffsflächen vorspringend profiliert, insbesondere sägezahnähnlich. Die Unterplatte (20) bildet samt ihren Rasten (28) ein Zink-Druckguß-Stück. Das Schild (10) ist ein mit den Gegenrasten (18) einstückiger Blechkörper, der z.B. mittels Platinenschnitt geprägt sein kann. Beim Tiefziehen erhalten die Gegenrasten (18) von der Rand-Innenfläche (16) abstehende, aufwärts gerichtete Oberkanten. <IMAGE>
