[origin: EP0484773A1] A dispensing device (1) for fluids has a fluid pump (5) and a compressed air pump (6) and control means (10), by means of which only precompression takes place in the pump (6) in a stroke-dependent manner during a first partial stroke (34), then during a further partial stroke (36) fluid is conveyed out of the two pumps (5, 6) after a pressure-dependent opening of outlet valves and finally during a further partial stroke (37) fluid is conveyed out of the pump (6) only. So that the pump (5) does not feed into the outlet channel (11) via the partial strokes (35, 37), fluid is conveyed back into the accumulator via the inlet channel (18). <IMAGE>
