Abstract (en)
This device comprises a reservoir (2) of viscous product, a cap (31) and a rod (27) ending in a brush (29) which penetrates into the reservoir (2) via an orifice whose edge forms a drying zone (16), an insertion shaft (10) being advantageously arranged at the entry of the reservoir (2). Inside the latter is attached a helical spring (18) whose axis is substantially coincident with the axis of the zone (16), the said spring (18) being located at least in the vicinity of the drying member (9) and its internal diameter being smaller than the largest external diameter of the brush (28). When the latter passes inside the spring (18) filled with product, it is unloaded and reloaded as it passes the turns of the spring and it agitates the product whose thixotropy it disrupts. At the exit from the drying member (9), a ready-to-apply product is available whose texture is uniform and more fluid and which is satisfactorily distributed, without caking. <IMAGE>

Ce dispositif comprend un réservoir (2) de produit thixotrope, un capuchon (31) et une tige (27) terminée par une brosse (29) qui pénètre dans le réservoir (2) par un orifice dont la bordure forme une zone d'essorage (16), une cheminée d'introduction (10) étant avantageusement disposée à l'entrée du réservoir (2). A l'intérieur de ce dernier, est accroché un ressort hélicoïdal (18) dont l'axe est sensiblement confondu avec l'axe de la zone (16), ledit ressort (18) étant situé au moins au voisinage de l'organe essoreur (9) et son diamètre intérieur étant inférieur au plus grand diamètre extérieur de la brosse (28). Lorsque celle-ci passe à l'intérieur du ressort (18) rempli de produit, elle se décharge et se recharge au fur et à mesure du passage des spires et elle agite le produit dont elle casse la thixotropie. A la sortie de l'organe essoreur (9) on dispose d'un produit prêt à l'application dont la texture est uniforme et plus fluide et qui se répartit bien, sans amalgame. <IMAGE>
