The invention relates to a device for forming a bale like body with dimensional stability of thin-spun metal, e.g. aluminium or stretched metal foil, e.g. aluminium foil, in which the thin-spun or stretched metal material to be formed can be fed in a bundle to a cutting and a pressing device, a guiding and clamping device (2) being provided in front of the cutting device (4), the guiding and clamping device (2), the cutting device (4) and the pressing device (3) being mounted in such a way that they can be displaced relative to one another in the feed direction of the bundled metal material (5). <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Formen formbeständiger ballenartiger Formkörper aus dünnfasrigem Metall, z.B. Aluminium, oder gestreckter Metallfolie, z. B. Aluminiumfolie, bei welcher das zu formende dünnfasrige oder gestreckte Metallgut einer Schneid- und einer Preßeinrichtung gebündelt zuführbar ist, wobei der Schneideinrichtung (4) eine Führungsund Klemmeinrichtung (2) vorgeschaltet ist, wobei die Führungsund Klemmeinrichtung (2), die Schneideinrichtung (4) und die Preßeinrichtung (3) in Vorschubrichtung des gebündelten Metallgutes (5) relativ zueinander verschiebbar gelagert sind. <IMAGE>
