[origin: WO9116406A1] The invention concerns a process for precooling coke-oven gas and for desorbing coking water, e.g. washing waters and condensates, using hot coke-oven gas. The invention calls for (a) the raw gas cooled in the condenser directly to about water-vapour saturation temperature to be precooled preferably completely, but at least to the dew point of naphthalene between about 30 and 50 C, in a counter flow arrangement with respect to the condensates which form, i.e. with the gas flowing from the bottom to the top, and (b) the waters to be desorbed are contacted in a counter flow arrangement with the raw gas between the condenser and the precooling outlet.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé pour la préréfrigération de gaz brut de cokerie et pour la désorption d'eaux, c.à.d. d'eaux de lavage et de condensats, de la cokerie à l'aide de gaz de cokerie chauds. Selon l'invention, a) la préréfrigération du gaz brut réfrigéré directement dans le récipient collecteur jusqu'à approximativement la température de saturation de la vapeur d'eau se fait de préférence complètement, mais au moins jusqu'au-dessus du point de rosée de la naphtaline entre env. 30 et 50 °C, à contre-courant des condensats en formation, c.à.d. avec un courant gazeux de bas en haut et b) les eaux à désorber entre le récipient collecteur et la sortie de préréfrigération sont échangées à contre-courant avec le gaz brut.
