[origin: WO9119653A1] The invention relates to a receptacle made of elastically deformable, flexible material. The special contours in the region of the mouth (1), shoulder (18), body (19) and base (20) of the receptacle are such that the receptacle can be fastened so permanently to a contact surface by application of partial vacuum that the parts connected to one another can be handled, stored and transported as a unit. The nature and design of the bag are such that during pneumatic fastening the bag is contracted and aligned and fixed to the contact surface in conformity with a predetermined pattern with respect to shape and construction. This receptacle is used to manufacture a valve-bag unit for a pressurized gas packaging. This valve-bag unit can be used in an economical process for manufacturing a pressurized gas packaging in which the pressurized gas container (10) is first filled with compressed air or another gas, the filling material is prevented from coming into contact with the inner wall of the receptacle and an opening in the pressurized gas packaging in addition to the opening for introducing the valve unit can be dispensed with. In this process, the filling material can be introduced into the pressurized gas packaging without air.

L'invention concerne un récipient en matériau souple et élastiquement déformable. Du fait de ses formes particulières au niveau de l'orifice (1), de l'épaulement (18), du corps (19) et du fond (20), ce récipient est destiné à être fixé durablement, par application d'une dépression, sur une surface d'adhérence, de manière que les parties reliées puissent être manipulées, stockées et transportées comme un élément unique. Du fait de sa constitution et de sa forme, le sachet se rétracte à l'instant de la fixation pneumatique et il est dirigé vers la surface d'adhérence et fixé sur elle en fonction de sa forme et de son orientation selon un schéma déterminé. Ce récipient est utilisé pour la fabrication d'une unité valve-sachet prévue pour un emballage à gaz comprimé. Avec cette unité valve-sachet, on peut fabriquer avec un faible coût, par un procédé selon lequel le réservoir à gaz comprimé (10) est tout d'abord rempli d'air sous pression ou d'un autre gaz, un emballage à gaz comprimé avec lequel le produit de remplissage n'est pas mis au contact de la paroi intérieure du récipient et avec lequel il n'est plus nécessaire de prévoir pour l'emballage à gaz comprimé une autre ouverture que celle servant à introduire la valve. Avec ce procédé, le produit de remplissage peut être introduit en doses déterminées dans le réservoir à gaz comprimé sans la présence d'air.
