Le sac comporte au moins une petite poche intérieure (20) logée dans une enveloppe extérieure (1) et fixée à celle-ci, la petite poche et l'enveloppe extérieure délimitant deux ouvertures d'accès (16, 26) fermées indépendamment l'une de l'autre par des fermetures rapides (13, 22) (à glissière, autoagrippante ou autre), susceptibles de réunir des lèvres bordant lesdites ouvertures.
