[origin: EP0487439A1] The present invention relates to a mounting device for an apparatus to be fitted in a ceiling or in a wall. Device characterised in that the fixing means (1) is constituted by an elastic rail (6) fixed to the bearing ceiling or wall by adjustable slings (7) which interact with conical snap studs (8) which are integral with a first pair of sliding tabs (2) and in that the means (4) of receiving the apparatus to be fitted (5) is constituted by a plate (9) which is integral with a second pair of sliding tabs (3) and on which is fixed, by screwing, by riveting, by welding or otherwise, an intermediate plate (10) for supporting a device (11) for receiving and for adjusting the position of the apparatus to be fitted (5).
