Abstract (en)
The invention relates to a continuously operating centrifuge for straining sugar massecuites. A conically upwardly widened perforated basket 20 rotates about a perpendicular axis 16. A downwardly conically widened product distributor 40 which extends into the floor area of the perforated basket is essentially coaxial with respect to the perforated basket, forms an ejection edge at the bottom and rotates about the same axis. Inside and in the upper area of the product distributor 40 a distributor pot 30 is provided as charging device for the massecuites. The circumferential wall of the product distributor 40 has a plurality of annular elements 41, 42, 43 which overlap in the axial direction leaving an annular gap 44, 45. The product distributor is surrounded, with play on all sides, by a downwardly conically widened stationary bell 50. <IMAGE>

Die Erfindung betrifft eine kontinuierlich arbeitende Zentrifuge zum Abschleudern von Zuckerfüllmassen. Ein nach oben konisch erweiterter Siebkorb 20 rotiert um eine lotrechte Achse 16. Ein nach unten konisch erweiterter und bis in den Bodenbereich des Siebkorbes reichender Produktverteiler 40 ist im wesentlichen koaxial zum Siebkorb, bildet unten einen Abwurfrand und rotiert um die gleiche Achse. Innerhalb und im oberen Bereich des Produktverteilers 40 ist ein Verteilertopf 30 als Aufgabeeinrichtung für die Zuckerfüllmassen vorgesehen. Die Umfangswandung des Produktverteiler 40 weist mehrere sich in Achsrichtung unter Belassung eines Ringspaltes 44, 45 überdeckende Ringelemente 41, 42, 43 auf. Der Produktverteiler ist mit allseitigem Spiel von einer nach unten konisch erweiterten stationären Glocke 50 umgeben.
