The projectile consists of a spherical body (6) made of a flexible material determined in order, after firing, to delimit a very large impact surface, the body (6) being seated in a cup (3) mounted freely slidably and centred in a bore of the ammunition, said cup being designed to give said body some rigidity at the moment of firing. <IMAGE>
