[origin: EP0488915A1] It comprises, on either side of the shed-forming mechanism, two cams which are each in engagement with the end of a bent lever (11) keyed on a shaft (12), to which is fixed a balance arm (11), on the free ends of which are articulated the first ends of two connecting rods (14, 15), the other ends of which are articulated respectively on two rockers (16, 17), the first (16) being double, that is to say consisting of two arms (16a, 16b) spaced from one another, oriented in opposite directions and keyed on an axle (18) pivoting in a bearing (1a) of the frame (1), and the second (17) being single, arranged between the two arms (16a, 16b) of the first rocker (16) and mounted rotatably about said axle (18) of these, whilst said rockers (16, 17) are connected to the knife boxes (5, 6) by means of articulated levers (23, 24, 25, 26). <IMAGE>
