A counting device (9) activates a deformation device (8) when an article-testing device (7) has detected as being good for reuse a collection article introduced into the receiving orifice (4) of a recovery unit (1). When the counting device (9) reaches a predetermined count, a voucher is printed by a printer (10) and issued through a dispensing slot (6).
