In a method for mounting a safety ski binding, a drilling template (17) is provided, with which three different hole arrangements (15, 16) for the toe iron and the heel iron can be drilled as a function of a particular range of ski lengths so that, in conjunction with a corresponding adjustment range (V) of the heel iron (12), suitable hole arrangements can be drilled on its baseplate (13) without the ski boot itself being available as a measure for drilling the holes. <IMAGE>

Bei einem Verfahren zur Montage einer Sicherheitsskibindung ist eine Bohrschablone (17) vorgesehen, mit der in Abhängigkeit von einem bestimmten Skilängenbereich drei unterschiedliche Lochanordnungen (15, 16) für den Vorderbacken und dem Fersenbacken gebohrt werden können, so daß in Verbindung mit einem entsprechenden Verstellbereich (V) des Fersenbackens (12) auf seiner Grundplatte (13) geeignete Lochanordnungen gebohrt werden können, ohne daß der Skischuh selbst als Maß für das Bohren der Löcher zur Verfügung steht. <IMAGE>
